Cobalt Equipment is looking for a Resident Experience Supervisor to lead the team that makes life at our brand-new Haskell, TX community genuinely enjoyable. If you love planning events, solving problems with a smile, and leading a team that keeps morale high, this role is built for you.
What You'll Do
• Keep recreation spaces stocked, organized, and ready to use
• Plan events, tournaments, and themed meals with the Kitchen team
• Lead and schedule the Resident Experience team
• Be the go-to person for resident feedback and quality-of-life concerns
• Partner with Housekeeping and Maintenance to keep common areas guest-ready
What We're Looking For
• Hospitality, recreation, or guest services experience is a plus
• A warm, engaging attitude and strong organizational skills
• Some team supervision or coordination experience
• A positive, high-energy attitude and a knack for bringing people together
What We Offer
• $24.00-$26.00/hr., overtime eligible
• On-site housing provided at no cost while assigned to the community

Cobalt Equipment, Inc. is a woman-owned small business formed in 2004 specializing in turn-key base camp and workforce housing support services, logistical support associated with restoration operations and military camps.
Our Haskell Community
We are building and operating a brand-new workforce accommodation community in Haskell, TX, supporting a major data center construction project. The community will grow in phases and operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, giving residents a safe, comfortable, and well-run place to live, eat, and recharge after long days on the job.
From the front desk to the maintenance shop, every role on our crew helps make the community feel like home. We are hiring leaders, hospitality professionals, skilled trades, drivers, and support staff, and we are building the team from the ground up.
