Cobalt Equipment is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at a brand-new workforce housing community in Haskell, TX. If you have an eye for detail and know how to lead a team to consistently high standards, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

•       Schedule staff shifts and assign cleaning rotations

•       Inspect completed units for quality and habitability

•       Manage linen and cleaning supply inventory

•       Lead and support the Housekeeping and Custodial team

What We're Looking For

•       2+ years of housekeeping experience, supervisory experience a plus

•       Strong attention to detail and quality standards

•       Comfortable scheduling and leading a team

•       Dependable, organized, and committed to high standards

What We Offer

•       $17.00-$20.00/hr., overtime eligible
