Step Into Leadership at an Exciting New Community!
Cobalt Equipment is standing up a brand-new workforce housing community in Haskell, TX, and we need a strong second-in-command to help lead it. As Assistant General Manager, you'll work side by side with the General Manager, gain broad operational leadership experience, and help shape a community from the ground up.
What You'll Do
• Support the General Manager across housekeeping, kitchen, security, maintenance, safety, IT, and grounds operations
• Help build staffing plans and support department leads
• Track occupancy, service metrics, and budget performance
• Step in and lead when the General Manager is off-cycle
• Help coordinate emergency response for a residential community
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality, facilities, or workforce housing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable making decisions independently in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
• A hands-on leader who steps up to support the team when it matters
What We Offer
• $48,000-$59,000 per year, based on experience
• On-site housing provided at no cost while assigned to the community

Cobalt Equipment, Inc. is a woman-owned small business formed in 2004 specializing in turn-key base camp and workforce housing support services, logistical support associated with restoration operations and military camps.
Our Haskell Community
We are building and operating a brand-new workforce accommodation community in Haskell, TX, supporting a major data center construction project. The community will grow in phases and operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, giving residents a safe, comfortable, and well-run place to live, eat, and recharge after long days on the job.
From the front desk to the maintenance shop, every role on our crew helps make the community feel like home. We are hiring leaders, hospitality professionals, skilled trades, drivers, and support staff, and we are building the team from the ground up.
