Cobalt Equipment is standing up a brand-new workforce housing community in Haskell, TX, supporting a major data center construction project, and we want you to be the first friendly face residents see when they arrive. If you love people, thrive in a fast-paced front office, and want to be part of building something from the ground up, this is your opportunity. You'll run the front desk of a busy, 24/7 community, get to know residents by name, and be the go-to person who keeps daily life running smoothly, no two days the same.
What You'll Do
• Welcome residents and run a smooth check-in and check-out process
• Register residents, assign rooms, and issue security ID badges
• Answer questions about meals, recreation, camp rules, and daily life at the community
• Keep accurate records, handle mail and packages, and support day-to-day site admin
• Run our on-site convenience store and help coordinate supplies and vendors
• Be the go-to problem solver for residents and a connection point across departments
• Keep the front office organized, professional, and welcoming, day and night
What We're Looking For
• Customer service or admin experience (hotel front desk, office, retail) is a plus
• A warm, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy, 24/7 environment
• Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
• A positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping people
What We Offer
• $18.00 to $22.00/hr, based on experience, overtime eligible
• On-site housing provided at no cost while assigned to the community

We are known for getting remote operations up and running and keeping them running well. Our people are the reason, and we invest in building crews that take pride in their work and look out for one another. Cobalt Equipment, Inc. is a woman-owned small business formed in 2004 specializing in turn-key base camp and workforce housing support services, logistical support associated with restoration operations and military camps.
Our Haskell Community
We are building and operating a brand-new workforce accommodation community in Haskell, TX, supporting a major data center construction project. The community will grow in phases and operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, giving residents a safe, comfortable, and well-run place to live, eat, and recharge after long days on the job.
From the front desk to the maintenance shop, every role on our crew helps make the community feel like home. We are hiring leaders, hospitality professionals, skilled trades, drivers, and support staff, and we are building the team from the ground up.
