About Cobalt Equipment
Cobalt Equipment, Inc. supports field-based projects, including workforce housing and camp operations, as both a prime contractor and a subcontractor. We are known for getting remote operations up and running and keeping them running well. Our people are the reason, and we invest in building crews that take pride in their work and look out for one another. Cobalt Equipment, Inc. is a woman-owned small business formed in 2004 specializing in turn-key base camp and workforce housing support services, logistical support associated with restoration operations and military camps.
 
Our Haskell Community
We are building and operating a brand-new workforce accommodation community in Haskell, TX, supporting a major data center construction project. The community will grow in phases and operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, giving residents a safe, comfortable, and well-run place to live, eat, and recharge after long days on the job.

From the front desk to the maintenance shop, every role on our crew helps make the community feel like home. We are hiring leaders, hospitality professionals, skilled trades, drivers, and support staff, and we are building the team from the ground up.
